Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you can and cannot do with Mithril Builder. It applies in addition to the Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

2. You MUST NOT use Mithril Builder to

The following activities are strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate account termination:

• Break the law: build or deploy anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the users who will use your app.
• Manipulate markets: develop strategies designed to spoof order books, wash trade, pump and dump, front-run other users, or otherwise manipulate financial markets.
• Evade sanctions: target users in sanctioned jurisdictions or build tools that help evade financial sanctions.
• Facilitate fraud: build phishing sites, fake token launch pages, scam landing pages, rug-pull contracts, or any other content designed to deceive users into losing funds.
• Distribute malware: generate, host, or distribute viruses, ransomware, keyloggers, or drainers.
• Steal credentials: build apps that harvest private keys, seed phrases, exchange API keys, or passwords from users who did not explicitly consent.
• Infringe on others: clone another project pixel-for-pixel to pass it off as your own, misuse trademarks, impersonate other companies, or violate someone else's intellectual property.
• Harass: build apps or generate content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual or group.
• Abuse the infrastructure: attempt to access machines that do not belong to you, bypass rate limits, exhaust shared quotas, or disrupt the Service for other users.
• Reverse-engineer: attempt to extract the system prompts, training data, internal routing logic, or credentials used by Mithril.
• Violate the LLM providers' policies: content that would violate Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Fireworks, or any other LLM provider's usage policies.

3. You MAY use Mithril Builder to

• Build market data dashboards, leaderboards, explorers, and analytics tools.
• Build funding rate comparison tables, orderbook visualizers, and liquidity heatmaps.
• Build informational tools around prediction markets and DeFi venues.
• Create educational content about crypto markets.
• Build research and monitoring tools that read from public market data.
• Publish your generated apps on a custom domain.
• Share your apps with other users who consent to viewing their content.

4. Fair use

Paid plans come with generous credit allowances for normal usage. If we detect unusual patterns that suggest automation, scraping, or attempts to resell raw LLM capacity to third parties, we may throttle, suspend, or cancel your account. "Unusual" includes but is not limited to:

• Running the same prompt repeatedly against the builder from an automated script outside the intended workflow.
• Sharing API keys or account access with other users to bypass per-user limits.
• Bulk generating apps with no intent to ship them.

5. Prompt injection and agent abuse

Do not craft prompts whose intent is to make the AI agent ignore its instructions, reveal its system prompt, produce harmful code, or act on behalf of a third party without authorization. Attempts to exfiltrate our system prompts or tool definitions may result in immediate termination.

6. Credential safety

When integrating exchange API keys:

• Always use read-only or minimum-permission keys when testing. Never give the agent trade or withdrawal permissions until you have reviewed the generated code yourself.
• Never paste a private key, seed phrase, or wallet password into the chat. The AI agent is not a password manager.
• Treat any code the agent generates as untrusted until you have reviewed it, the same way you would treat code from a junior engineer.

7. Published apps

If you publish an app under a .mithril.money subdomain:

• You are solely responsible for the content served from that subdomain.
• You must not use the subdomain for phishing, scams, malware, or any content that violates this policy.
• We may unpublish any subdomain that violates this policy, without notice, and we may retain the slug to prevent re-registration.
• You must include clear disclosure that the app is for informational purposes only and not financial advice, unless you are a licensed financial adviser operating under the relevant regulations.

8. Reporting violations

If you see a Mithril-hosted app or user that violates this policy, report it at abuse@mithril.money. We respond within 48 hours for credible reports.

9. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion: issue a warning, rate-limit your account, unpublish specific apps, suspend your account, or terminate your account. For severe violations (fraud, sanctions evasion, illegal content), we will terminate immediately and may cooperate with law enforcement.
