Quarterly guidance therefore moves the stock more than the reported quarter does. The token exists because an issuer bought the share and holds it with a custodian. You get a price that never closes and settlement in minutes. You give up the vote, you depend on the issuer's terms for anything dividend-like, and you take counterparty risk you would not have holding the share through a broker. Neither is strictly better; they are different instruments and this page is about the second.

We read the token's price, its traded volume and the value of tokens in issue. We do not audit the custody behind it. The price was checked against the exchange's last close when this page was built and agreed to within about two percent, which is consistent with the token having traded since that close while the exchange was shut.
